Under five minutes from the George Washington Bridge awaits one of the most versatile production locations in the New York/New Jersey area. 8000 square feet of culinary space (including a 1600 square foot studio kitchen) leaves plenty of room for lighting, video equipment, staff, etc. We have a dual gas range in the “competition kitchen” featuring Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. A separate but connecting “green room” is available for clients, wardrobe, break, or any other use. This room also doubles as a second studio kitchen space, tasting room, bar area, and more. Additionally, Le Gourmet Factory has 6 fully functional commercial kitchens on site for prep work, test kitchen use, event catering (kosher available), and smaller shoots requiring a commercial kitchen setting.
